Pretty Pastels For Spring With Nordstrom
jumpsuit: runs tts (size 6) + shoes: size up 1/2 size
When I was in college, every April my friends and I would go down to the tulip fields in Mt. Vernon. They are about an hour and a half north of Seattle and are in full bloom about this time of year. It has been really rainy here in Seattle so I was worried that the flowers wouldn’t last very long with all this rain, but they ended up being perfectly in bloom and as beautiful as I remember! Matt and I made the trip up to the tulips on Easter Sunday and spent the day together in the sun.
It sounds silly haha, but I knew exactly what I wanted to wear that morning when we left for the tulip fields! I had bought this Madewell jumpsuit from Nordstrom before Dallas several weeks ago but didn’t get the chance to wear it because it ended up being really hot there. So I thought that it would be the perfect outfit for the tulip fields! I love jumpsuits because they are like a full outfit all in one, you don’t really have to think about what to piece together, and you know it will always look good. Just throw on some cute sandals and a fun bag and the outfit is complete! This jumpsuit runs true to size and has the most perfect loose boyfriend fit. I am wearing it in a size 6 and I think it is snug in the right places and the most comfortable outfit I have worn in a long time haha! I like that the legs are slightly cropped but not too short, because I think they would fit so many different girls perfectly!

I have pulled some of my favorite accessories for Spring together from Nordstrom to show you my favorite styles! I am loving all of the pastel colors, the blush pinks and nudes. I think that wicker is a really fun texture we are seeing all over bags and shoes this year. I also am still loving espadrilles because they add such a simple, beachy look to any outfit. I love shopping at Nordstrom because they have free shipping, free returns, and always have the best selection for everything I am looking for. I also think they have a variety of price points which make it really easy to find exactly what you are looking for no matter what your budget is.
The sandals I wore to the tulip fields are Steve Madden brand and I bought them from Nordstrom about two months ago! I really love that they are a mix of sporty and simple. The straps don’t have any hardware on them, so they are easy to wear with either gold or silver! They are also really comfortable, but I would recommend sizing up 1/2 size for the perfect fit. The wedge on these shoes is about 2” inches which for me which is perfect because Matt is a whole foot taller than me haha! So any height I can get I really love!
This bag is from Topshop and it is honestly one of my favorite purchases from Nordstrom in the last year! I seriously think it looks way more expensive than it is, for less than $50 you get the look of a designer bag. The quality is really amazing as well! I think the gold clasp is really simple but elegant, and I think it is also very unique. I like that the straps are a mix of gold chain and leather. The bag itself is a softer, lighter light brown and looks like it is going to wear well over time. It also comes in black, which I am planning on buying as well, but I just love a neutral bag for Spring!

I am curious what your favorite things to do in the Springtime are? In Seattle there is so much to do and see (when it’s not raining all day long haha) because we are by the water, near the mountains, and you can go just about an hour away from the city and be in a whole new place! Here are a few of my favorite things to do in Seattle during Spring:
