Pumpkin Cream Foam At Home

our Starbucks fave.. @ home

It’s that time of year again! The time of year that I crave a pumpkin cream cold brew from Starbucks literally every day lol but I have decided to make the pumpkin cream foam at home to save some money! It’s a pretty easy recipe & once you buy the ingredients you should have enough on hand to make it quite a few times. One thing I suggest purchasing is this little hand mixer from Amazon, it is about 20 bucks & blends up the foam like a dream. These are the glasses I have been using a lot! They come in a 6pk on amazon & are so unique; I love that the crinkle glass is super easy to hold onto!

This isn’t an exact copy recipe of what Starbucks does but it is a really similar flavor and texture to what you get when you purchased the pumpkin cream cold brew. This is a recipe that I have tweaked myself and come up with, so it may not taste the exact same but it is a great at home copy recipe. I have used this on top of cold brew and my typical latte, and both taste great. You can also add some vanilla sweetener into your coffee if you want to give it a more sweet taste like they do at Starbucks. I also love with making this at home that you know exactly the ingredients that you are eating. It is definitely more of a treat but it is delicious and I wanted to share the recipe so you can make it home!

+ 3 tbsp whipping cream
+ 2 tbsp milk (i used oat)
+ I tbsp pumpkin purée
+ I/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
+ I tsp brown sugar
+ splash of vanilla

Pour ingredients into a glass, blend till smooth about I min.. I use this small hand mixer! Pour over top cold brew, latte, espresso or any coffee of your choice. Make sure you add a little sprinkle with cinnamon! & enjoy xx
