for your body

Prenatal Vitamins: I will be honest, I have not been the best at remembering to take these every day, but I know the more consistent you are with taking them in your pregnancy that they DO actually have really amazing benefits.

Belly Butter: I wasn’t the most consistent at applying this during my first two trimesters of pregnancy, but I have remembered to do it almost every night third trimester! I rub this on my belly, chest, and sides right before I get into bed at night. I just keep it in my night stand so even on nights when I am feeling lazy I can still reach over and apply it while laying in bed. It seems to also sooth any itchiness that my boobs get haha random side note.

Bio-Oil: I have been mixing this oil in with my body butter lately because it is supposedly incredible for your skin! Not just pregnancy - but like everyone’s skin! It is supposed to smooth out texture and blemishes, create more radiant soft skin, and hydrate too! it can help with stretch marks and dark spots.

Big Water Bottle: Life SAVER you guys if you do not have a big water bottle that you are drinking from daily, you need this one. I had it for a few months prior to pregnancy but really these past few months it has been a super important part of my daily routine. One days when I don’t have it with me I notice I will get a headache, feel tired or fatigued and if I drink coffee it hits me way harder when I am not drinking water throughout the day. I have a routine of filling it up with ice and filtered water right when my day begins, and I bring it everywhere with me.

random favorites

Portable Charger: Okay hear me out on this one haha but I feel like this portable charger is such a good purchase because 1) my phone is always dead lol and 2) the deeper you get into your pregnancy I swear the harder it is to get up for random things like a phone charger haha. So I would rather have a dead phone than get up to get a charger.. aka why this is amazing! I keep it in my night stand when it isn't charging, or throw it in my purse whenever we leave the house. It is the best and I love that it has so many ports + the cord is attached so you will never lose it.

Pregnancy Pillow: To be honest I never fell in love with my pregnancy pillow! I wished that I would have purchased one that I loved, but this one has incredible reviews and most people loved it. I find it a bit hard and flat, and it never seemed to soften up. It works great as a prop for my feet or behind my head/upper body when laying in bed. However I actually prefer just a normal fluffy down or down alternative pillow for between my knees at night! Once I hit the end of 2nd trimester I needed to sleep with a pillow between my legs every night - it helps keep you propped up when you are sleeping on your side and stops my hips for going numb.

Massages: GIRL. Get a massage - you are growing a BABY you deserve one haha! But for real, this is something I wished that I would have made more time and priority for. We got two when we were on our Babymoon & they were both incredible. You will have to ask for a prenatal massage after the first trimester I believe, but they are basically the same things as a Swedish massage.. literally any massage is amazing haha just do it!

most comfortable clothes

Biker Shorts: For real I have bought like 8 pairs of the Lululemon biker shorts this pregnancy - they are everything. So soft and stretchy, like butter. Super flattering and high waisted which is great for covering your belly and feeling contained without feeling like you are being stuffed into anything tight. I love that they are constantly coming out with new colors and prints. I am typically a size 6 in Lululemon and went for both 8 and 10 this pregnancy in the shorts. Both sizes fit really well and have plenty of room/stretch. So maybe just depending on how much your body changes you can decide whether to go up one or two sizes.

Padded Sports Bra: One of the best Amazon purchases ever!! I love this thing. I have several colors and they are extremely comfortable, easy to wear, stretchy, and amazing quality for the price! I would expect to find something like this at Lululemon for 3x the price haha. I wear it with biker shorts, sweats, or just undies. Whenever I feel like I need some extra support but do not want to be wearing a bra haha. Love them! Went up to an XL and pre-pregnancy may have done the M or L.
