I feel like these days it’s rare for me to get alone time to just go shopping or be out by myself in general hahah typically I have Taya in tow.. so today while I was out getting my nails done I swung by Sephora and picked up a few new things and restocked some favorites while I was enjoying my free time. This is not sponsored in any way, I purchase all these items myself. Some of these products are items that I love and I’m just getting restocks of, and others are new products that I’ve been wanting to try. I feel like the last year I’ve really tried a bunch of new skin care & makeup products; not because I am unsatisfied with what I’m currently using, but I just feel like there are so many good products out there and I really want to find the best items for my skin. I shared this on Instagram stories and already got really good feedback on a lot of them, so I am excited to try some of these new products. Links to everything as well as shades are listed below!
Merit Mascara - Black
+ This is a newer brand to me, it’s a clean brand also! I have heard good things and I love trying new mascaras.
Kosas Cloud Setting Powder - Shade Feathery
+ I have seen people all over IG raving about this brand.. it is always sold out so I had to give it a try when I saw my shade in stock.
Keihl’s Avocado Eye Cream
+ One of my fave influencers @sivanayla posted this for a collab and I was sold - she has amazing skin and I trust her opinion. So many of you said this was the best for under eye hydration as well. My eyes get so dry in the Fall/Winter so I am hoping this will keep me glowing.
Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
+ The amount of people who have raved to me about this!! I hope it lives up to the hype hahaa - use 2x a day AM and PM with a cotton pad, this products acts as an exfoliator to even skin texture and complexion.
Dr.Jart Face Masks
+ I pretty much love all of these masks; I have tried almost all of them and you can not go wrong. My fave is probably the red - Clearing Solution. I just love how they feel on my skin, they are super wet masks haha so you just feel more hydrated after.
Gisou Hair Oil
+ I love my Dae hair oil, however I just ran out and thought I would try this brand I have heard great things about. In my opinion the price was reasonable as well at just $44. I love using a hair oil before bed or after blow drying to keep ends sleek.
Patrick Ta Blush - She’s A Doll
+ Such a gorgeous pigmented blush! This color was speaking to me hhah. I love how it has both the cream and powder formula so you can achieve either a glowy/dewy look or a more matte finish.
Patrick Ta Lip Plumper - Pouty
+ This baby pink lip plumping gloss just looooks stunning. I adore the packaging and all Patrick Ta products so I had to try. I also love the Dior Plumping gloss and the Lawless Plumping gloss so I needed to try this brand out.
First Aid Beauty KP Bump Exfoliating Scrub
+ If you have any of those pesky bumps on your arms or legs you must give this a try! I am obsessed. I use it 2x a week just on my arms (but you could use anywhere on your body EXCEPT your face) to smooth skin, clear breakouts and bumps, and exfoliate. It is the only thing that helps those bumps go away. I love.
InnBeauty Project Green Machine
+ One of the most affordable skincare brands IMO - I love this product because it is a super light and non sticky serum. It is really hydrating, gives my skin a nice glow, is great for anti aging, Vitamin C, and helps dullness + texture. $32 can not be beat!
