Ok I wanted to talk a little bit about the difference between the Tula Rose Glow & Get It under eye balm in comparison with the new Hydrating Day & Night treatment eye balm. While the original rose glow & get is literally sooo bomb (it is one of my all-time favorite Tula products), the new balm is really giving it a run for it’s money haha.
Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm
The rose glow & get it balm is a slightly pinkish cooling eye balm with hyaluronic acid. While hydrating, cooling, and helping reduce the look of fine lines & wrinkles around the eyes. It has probiotic extracts and superfoods like caffeine aloe and watermelon + the addition of rosewater and rosehip oil. Rosehip oil is actually known to be a plant-based retinol alternative! I personally love the way that this product feels slightly cool on your skin while giving the most gorgeous glow. You can put over or under makeup. If you use on top of makeup it can act like a highlight stick - I love how multi-functional it is. I prefer the pink one over the blue one which I’ve said many times, because I really think that it looks better on any skin tone, while giving your skin a subtle pink pink peachy glow instead of a cooler blue glow like the original glow and get it stick.
Hydrating Day & Night Eye Balm
The new 24/7 Power Swipe Hydrating Day & Night balm is incredible because it is an eye cream in an easy to use stick form - GENUIS right?? It features squalene, caffeine, apple and watermelon to hydrate and firm your skin. It is formulated with peptides and collagen which reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles. My all-time favorite Tula product (ever!!) is the 24/7 day & night cream - which is an extremely moisturizing daily cream for your face. You can think about this product as being the version for under your eyes! I love that it’s light weight, there is no added color or scent, and it will work for any skin tone because there is no white cast or residue that is left over from applying. It blends easily and goes on smooth.
While the new hydrating day and night treatment eye balm acts in similar ways, it really is a great addition to add alongside the rose glow and get it stick. I like to put the 24 seven treatment I bomb under my eyes first and rub it in with my finger a little bit before applying the go and get it but I’m on top.
