Q. How often do you apply self tanner?

A. I typically apply gradual self tanner every 3-4 days - since this is a gradual lotion it is subtle and I just apply before bed. If I want a deeper & darker tan, I will apply the tanning foam. I don't typically do this more than 2-3 times a month, mostly because I like to exfoliate and shave before, and it is just more time consuming! I will usually do this before an event or trip, or if I feel like I want a darker tan. I have a full blog posthere that goes in depth with what products I use and how I use them!

Q. What recipes do you use to make smoothies?

A. I really just wing my smoothies each day haha but I typically go based off of if I will be drinking it as breakfast, or if it will be a part of my breakfast with something else. If I plan on drinking it for breakfast, I will always add a whole avocado, chia seeds, and peanut butter, or things that will fill me up and make it a little thicker/hearty. I am definetly not a health expert, but I do feel like starting my day with a smoothie helps me get in more veggies than I would typically eat in a day. I will even throw full carrots in the smoothie and it blends them so well. I have enjoyed playing with different fruits & flavors to create fun smoothie too. Q. What are you doing in Nashville next week?

A.I am so excited to head to Nashville Monday eek! We are going to see John Mayer (Matt and I have been dying to see him for years) and then sort of planned a whole trip with Karlie & Al around it. My birthday is next Thursday, so I am excited to spend it with friends I have not seen in literally years! We have some reservations at dinner spots in town, and will have a few days to explore as well. If you have any recs - send them my way! I have been to Nashville once before, but only for a really short trip, and Matt has never been. We can not wait. I will be sure to share outfits& our travel plans once we are there.
